We have always been committed to providing you with high-quality products and services, and we hope that every shopping experience with ruovu is extremely memorable for you. In a series of processes such as product preparation, transportation, and delivery, we have thoroughly inspected and audited to maintain their good condition. Unfortunately, sometimes things don't always go as planned, and we will strive to make it right.

If you change your mind, or are not completely satisfied with our products, you can contact us within 30 days to return new and unopened products with your purchase receipt for a full refund. If it is more than 30 days (from the date you received the package), we will carefully consider the reason for your return and assess the specific condition of the returned products to determine if you are eligible for a return.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for special orders, items that have been used or assembled, items no longer in their original packaging, and other items listed below. Other circumstances may apply. At the same time, ruovu reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are not in new condition due to customer damage or misuse.

  1. How to initiate a return or exchange?

If you want to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to let us know the specific issues you are encountering so that we can communicate with you to find the best, fastest, and most satisfactory solution for you.

  1. How to qualify for a refund?

In order to qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.
  • The product must be in new condition and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. Items that have been tested, assembled, or modified cannot be returned.
  • You have proof of purchase.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
  1. Canceling an order and getting a refund

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before we ship it, please contact us. We will issue a full refund, and you will not receive any items from that order.

However, if we have already shipped the order and it is in transit, you will not be able to cancel the order. In that case, please contact us after receiving the package to cancel the order and request a refund, and we will charge a 10% restocking fee on the total value of the items.

  1. Return and Refund Time

Return Request: Once you initiate a return request with us, we will respond to you within 24H/48H to confirm the specific return details. Please note that holidays or weekends are not within the response time frame.

Return: After we confirm the specific return details with you and your return is accepted, we will send you a free return shipping label. Please keep in mind that this label will be either a FedEx or UPS return label. From the time you hand over the package to the carrier, it generally takes 4-5 working days for it to return to our warehouse.

Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned package, we will notify you within 1-3 working days if the refund is approved. If approved, we will automatically process the refund using the original payment method. Please note that it usually takes 1-3 working days for the refund amount to reach your payment account, as your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund.

If you have not received the refund to your payment account within 15 working days after we approve your refund, please contact us immediately.

  1. Special Order Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation, including: personalized items, customized or custom furniture, items purchased as final sale, store samples, gift cards, items that have been opened/assembled/used/installed, as well as items with normal wear and tear and/or damage. Other restrictions may apply.

  1. Exchange

If you wish to exchange the product, please contact our customer service before the order is sent. If approved, we can arrange an exchange for you. If your order has already been dispatched, exchange cannot be initiated, but you can apply for a refund and return when you receive the package, and then place a new order.

  1. Damage and Issues

If your item is damaged or has any issues during transportation, delivery, assembly, or use, please contact us immediately to let us know the specific problems you have encountered, so that we can communicate with you to find the best, fastest, and most satisfactory solution.

  1. Important Reminder

Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Without proof of purchase, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

We do not accept returns of promotional/clearance items or gift cards.

If the product you are returning came with free gifts, you need to return them together.

Please do not return orders to the address on the package. It may not be the return address and will affect your return process. You can only send it to the delivery address we provide.

Please make sure not to accidentally include non-ruovu items in the return package. We are not responsible for returning these items to you.
